Alisa Prueitt
A woman was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter, after it was determined she had a blood alcohol level more than 5 times the legal limit during a fatal wreck in August.
Alisa Prueitt has been charged with intoxication manslaughter and 3 counts of intoxication assault for a wreck back on August 24 that killed one and injured three others.
Samuel Dale Graham was the driver of the other vehicle and was killed in the crash. One of the passengers in his SUV was seriously injured and two children passengers were also injured.
