Ramiro Castillo-Juarez
A 25-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of drunk driving after his passenger was killed in a traffic wreck early Monday morning in southwest Montgomery County.
Ramiro Castillo-Juarez is charged with intoxication manslaughter in the single-vehicle wreck that happened about 1:15 a.m. on FM 1774 just south of Hunters Road in the Magnolia area, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Troopers said 47-year-old Luis Alcala died in the crash. Castillo-Juarez had minor injuries.
